  • Oyster Worldwide - Coyhaique, Chile – English teacher volunteer for two months at a local primary school. Lived with a host family for two months after taking a one-month Spanish course in Buenos Aires, Argentina

  • Assisted in prototype development processes for new BMW Mini Cooper “Countryman” by writing reports of errors that occur in the prototype build.

  • Wrote Python scripts to decrease time taken in administration tasks and shift management.

JULY 2014

  • Reported to Investment Development Engineer (Arkwright Engineering Scholarship mentor) and accompanied him to project management and site surveillance meetings at UK’s biggest natural gas importation terminal and the National Grid Control Centre.

  • Conducted a route analysis to assist in determining the optimal route for power lines connecting a new generator to the UK national super grid.
